As part of their future Erasmus professional mobility in a European country, 12 pupilsstudying for a B tech in STAV production and technological b Tech from the St Germain en Laye highschool (SGL/Agrocampus) participated on Thursday March 14, 2019 in a preparation day and an international mobility training.

Organized by Mr. Martin, deputy headmaster of the high schoolby Ms. Vinet, cooperation officer at SRFD Île de France, this day was rich in discussions, in particular on the key skills of international mobility.

With about fifty other pupils from the Ile De France consortium, Apolline, Adèle, Karl, Victor, Candice, Diane, Kenza, Audrey, Térésa, Octave, Hind, Louise took part in the various preparation workshops for the mobility set up and led by Ms. Minier, coordinator of the Yvelines European Center.

Supervised by Mr. Hup, international cooperation referent and English teacher in the agrocampus high school, the young people got to know their "counterparts" also leaving for Europe. Together, they were prepared for mobility within the framework of an Erasmus professional internship, informed on the customs and traditions of their future host country as well as on the peculiarities about regions, particularly in the fields of agriculture and breeding.

Finally, the workshops enabled high school pupuils to familiarize themselves with the Europass, a document specifying and attesting to the skills and qualifications acquired during a European internship, and the “OLS” (Online linguistic Support) platform. online language level test before the start and at the end of a mobility period in order to assess progress in the language of the host country. This platform also makes it possible to take online courses in order to be confident on the routes of international mobility. The learners left the workshops much more reassured than entering them early in the morning, knowing that they were accompanied in their mobility by the Agrocampus international cooperation team.
